CCV Queue Monitor

I have a small call center with about 30 agents, the supervisor wants the queue monitor for each DDI to go red when the call hit a certain number of calls waiting , but doesn't want to acknowledege each and every alarm when this happens, is it possible either to
accknowlege alarms or to
just change the colour of the pilot number when calls are waiting?

I'm using CCCv5 thanks for your help
