I am setting up CCC and most everything seems to be working fine, but I am having one issue with CCV. I can use CCV and the CCC reporting applications with no issue when they are run from the CCC Server, but if I attempt to run CCV from another machine on the network I am getting an "Unknown Avaya Network Error". I get another error message that says the PC is unable to access the Delta Server. From this same PC CCC Reporting works fine, and CCV also finds the CCC server on the network upon opening the application, but then gives the error when trying to establish the connection. I have made sure that in the security tab for the CCC folder on the server PC that "everyone" has write access. Anything else I could be missing? This is only my 3rd CCC install, but haven't run into this problem before. Thanks for any input.

Yes. User Access is running, and logged in. After a reboot the issue is still present.

Double check the permissions to the CCC share and check for any existing firewall/security on the problematic workstations.

everyone" has read/Write access for the CCC share, and I have disabled the firewall on the workstations. I also took my laptop which has used CCV at other sites with no problem and get the same error. It seems to be something Server related....

Can I please confirm as per the manual did you cofigure the local security policy on the CCV clients to syc time from the CCC Server. CCV will not work unless this is performed.

See extract below

The Client PC's also need to be able to synchronise their time with the Delta Server.

1.From the Start button select Programs | Administrative Tools | Local Security Policy.
2.Under the Local Policies select User Rights Assignment.
3.Right mouse click on Change the system time and select Security.
4.Click Add and select Authenticated Users.
5.Click Add and then OK.
6.The Local Security Settings screen will now have authenticated users added to the listing.

This was taken from the installation manual of CCC on under Access Permissions

Thanks for the feedback, but I did set that up as described. Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
