Yes the NAM only has 1 CCR Tree, however you can use your greetings in place of Path 0. For instance in Greeting 1 Table 1 record all instructions and assign to play morning, afternoon and evening. Example: Thank you for calling ABC company, if you know your parties extension dial it now, for the company press the # or to reach an operator dial 0, for sales dial 1 and for Human Resources dial 2.
For your Night Greeting you can use Greeting 2 and record your night instructions and assign as Non Bus.
Program your times and then disable tree. Navigate back to Path 0 and record a few seconds of dead air, accept and proceed to build tree. Once tree is complete save as tree 1 and navigate back to enable.
Reason for recording a few seconds of dead air in Path 0 is to mimic a recording otherwise you will have an incomplete tree and the NAM will not allow it. As long as you're not duplicating routing digits you're good to go.
For weekends assign greeting 1 to play early am hours ( if business is closed) before Non Bus Greeting is scheduled to play.
