CCR Tree Programming 1

Is it possible to remotely program a ccr tree and re-record the menu options? I am able to dial into the system using the remote tool set and access administration but not sure how to tell what is existing. Any advice appreciated.

If you are using a call pilot you MIGHT be able to use the browser tool to set up the recordings remotely by forwarding a station to your local phone. (I've never tried this so the only way to be sure is experiment)

you cannot record remotely on the flash and NVM.

How do you disable the ccr tree on a nam voicemail? I can get into ccr admin,but I think the tree has to be disabled first,in order to make changes.

Disable in AA/Table/1/Next untill you see CCR
When you go back to enable press 1

On the CallPilot you can put in your phone number in the "Connect to" box. I have done this several times and it works great.
