CCR Tree Problems

Hello folks.

I am having some issues with my CCR Tree, and hoping someone could help me.

We have a CCR Tree set-up and running on our office phone systems. It's working well but we need to go in and make changes.

I log into the admin panel (Feature 983) and then disable the CCR Tree so I can change it. I get a visual confirmation that the tree is disabled, and I call the office from my cell and confirm that the tree is disabled.

Now the problem comes in. I go back to the admin panel (Feature 983) and start making changes to the CCR Tree. All goes well, until I get a message that says "TREE ENABLED" when I go to save, hence not allowing me to actually make any changes.

I can't for the life of me, figure out what I am doing wrong. Can anyone help?

go to all other AA/tables and make sure that same ccr tree is not assigned and if so disable

As lugerlover said, check all the tables. Even ones you didn't think you were using.
