CCR Tree issue

Hi all,

I work on Option 11/60/80's but I have a friend with a problem with a Startalk.

They have main greeting 1; then Path 0 (which includes directory of extensions); Path 1 which states bus. hours etc. We are trying to re-record Path 0 greeting with list of extensions.

I've tried to disable CCR trees 1-4 .... no success.... when we call into the office it goes to auto attendant when disabling, the system SEEMS to disable it (says Tree Disabled) .... then when we proceed to try to change the Path 0 in CCR Tree 1, it halts us because it says "Tree Enabled" .... like it never disabled in the first place.

Any help would be appreciated. I haven't worked on one of these systems in about 12 years and I'm rusty.

i believe there is a tree ...5 is a temp tree

Are u sure you got prompt "tree disabled" on each of 1-4

Try telling the system not to answer the lines then disabling the tree.

Are you sure that you are in the correct Table, becausee CCR Tree 1 may be disabled for lets say Table 1 but it could be active for Tables 2, 3, or 4.

yeah I have a funny fealing that Hawks is right. I was going to say the same thing.
