Have a MICS 7.1 w/PRI and Call Pilot 100/3.1 I set up a small Call Center a couple of weeks ago and all worked well, till yesterday! All the calls are answered by the AA and then to the CCR. Option 1 is set to go to the CC CDN. Now when they press 1 the CC answers, then it says "no agents available please leave a message" Agents are signed in, it must be something simple I am missing. This all started after we changed the CCR tree but we did not change the node 1 that goes to Call Center. Any thoughts appreciated.
