CCR - no report tab appear when accessing the CCR server

Hello,

I want to generate report by using my own computer and i will just access the CCR server. but the report tab (different types of report) didn't appear on my browser. i used IE9. any help? it works well when i tried generating report on the CCR PC server itself.

need your reply now.

yes. firefox and IE9. is there any software/application needed?
