hello everyone. i recently installed GSM gateway connected to IPO. all incoming call from this SIM will be routed to one user only (ext101). this user is a CCR agent and belongs to a CCR huntgroup. call waiting and queue is disabled. the problem is, when someone calls on this cellphone number, the caller hears ringing but ext101 phone (analog phone) sometimes doesn't ring. statistic of lost call (in wallboard) on this huntgroup will be updated when this scenario occurs. any help? thank you in advance.

CCR deals with calls to a Queue (Hunt group) much better than dropping them straight to an agent. Place the call to a HG and have the single agent in the group for better stats.
