CCR Agent Licenses really needed?

Confusing !!!!????

Is there a way of having a ccr license (with the supervisor license included) but without having agent licenses? The goal is to have only the reports of the Huntgroup without having the agents informations and the agents have not to login the ccr web page to see their info.

Am'I wrong of if I have no Agent Licenses, the agents won't be able to login to their phones? If it's true, I guess that I REALLY need Agent Licenses if I have a HuntGroup set has CCRHuntGroup?

You will need agent licenses otherwise you will not have the group info either.

You could do this with ccc but with ccr you cant

Then put it on a hill.
It will go down for free but the brakes won't work very well because there is no engine running for the brakes.
In case you dont know, brakes are power by a pump and that pump is powered by the engine.

To get the huntgroup stats you need to check the CCR box for the hunt group. With that checked, users won´t get any groupcalls unless they are agents.
You might be able to check the first group and don´t have any members in it, and let it all overflow to a different non CCR group.
But will mess with the stats, and I'm not sure why you would spend the money for CCR if you narrow down the options so much.

jamie is right call logging is a better way of doing this.
