I have a customer who has an IP 500 with with CCR setup. I recently started managing this. They do not have the administrator username or password for the CCR webclient. They would like to set up another supervisor. Is their anyway to get the administrator username and password or create a new one without reinstalling CCR? Thanks in advance Michael.

Ask the BP who installed CCR.
They should know the password.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

I do not believe so..I think you need to reinstall CCR..

I ran into this last week.. customer had forgotten the Administrator password....

They no longer have contact with them. Would I just need to uninstall the CCR and then reinstall it? Anything else I would have to uninstall/reinstall? Thanks Michael

Ok hold on for a moment.

Ok without stating the obvious, what email address got set for the Administrator account?

Is it someone local?

if you know, then use "Forgot password"

then that email gets sent:

Dear IPOCCR User,
The password for your IPOCCR client user account has been reset to: <temp password here>

You should change this password after your next logon. If you were not expecting this e-mail, you should contact your IPOCCR System Administrator as soon as possible.

Regards,
IPOCCR Administrator

I ended up removing CCR and had to also remove Microsoft server SQL 2005 express.

The email function is not set up so that will not work. I am not sure on the former BP.

The customer found the username and password. Thanks for all the help.
