CCM6 Compatible with IE9?

Is CCM6 compatible with IE9? New supervisor received IE9 but can not use CCM6. I can use CCM6 with IE8.

CC6 with latest update SUS 08 should work (below SUS 08 it won't).
Does the supervisor have admin rights to install the Active X?
