CCM Ver6 - emailling reports

Hi

As per title CCM version 6 - I cant get reports to send to email.
I have added SMTP details in your site explorer - when testing from here this is succesful.
I have added contact and email addresses however when running a report and adding a contact / manually inputting an email the report runs fine however the Email sending status states "failed"

I have looked in event viewer however I cant find anything of use. I have looked through the text files in the Prairfyre CCM folder however cant see naything in hear.

Can someone point me in the right direction for diagnosis
