CCM 4.2 call handling configuration

I want to setup a private extension that will be dialed from my company's CCM 4.2 / Unity 4.0 Opening Greeting that will contact each member of my IT unit
by ringing their deskphone DN, their Mobile phone and their home phone. I know that CUCM 6.0 has the Presence feature but we are not looking to upgrade at this point and time and need a workaround, any ideas???? thx
 
1. Create a Caller input in Unity press 9 to spoke to IT. 2. Create Hunt group with linear set up and assign your hunt number to it

For the external numbers you may have problems as the only DN in a group is internal to CCM
Maybe suggest create multiple Hunt groups label DN, Home, Mobile and assign them to a main Hunt group so you have hunting withing group. Then use RNA on the Pilot DN to a DN - this is part where you usually may set it to use personal preferences. The DN coudl be the external number for each Hunt group or maybe a translation- may work
 
We're looking for a solution similar to this. Thanks iptuser, we thought of using your scenerio, however, wouldn't the RNA stop working once the hunt hit the mobile phone if voicemail picked up?
 
It would but if could reduce the timer in the hunt group to the trip over to the 2nd, 3rd groups if the rna is quicker the th vm on the mobile?
