CCM 4.1.2- Missed calls on shared lines, any news?

Hi,

Does CCM 4.1.2 solves the problem of missed calls that appear in DN that is monitoring that shared lines?

Unfortunately, no it does not. Been running 4.1.2 since December.

The reason we have been informed from Cisco is that the information is cached locally on the Handset and it is not somehing held in CM
