I am having a problem adding more PC wallboards for some agents. I have plenty of licenses on the IPOffice 412. When I install PC wallboard at the desk I enter the extention number and server name. PC wallboard begins to show "Searching for Agent ID" and just stays there. How can I fix this?

is the agent logged on?

you could set up a user called PCW with a log in code, change the shortcut of the PC wallboard.exe to be...

c:\\\bla bla bla\pcwallboard.exe "/Plasma" so not needing an agent logged in nor using a valid agent license

I have fixed the problem. The users need to be setup for hotdesking in order for them to connect. When I ckecked the Force Login and entered a code # it began to work.

use the feature i mentioned above with the log in code, you don't need an active agent to run a wallboard or use a valid agent license
