When setting up the server for a CCC install why does the 4 gig C drive have to be FAT, can it be NTFS, and can it be larger than 4 gig, especially if wanting to install vm pro on same partition

the c: partition can be NTFS, Fat is recommended by avaya because it is easier to recover in the event of a system failure.
It can be any size you like however I would not recommend running both VM pro & ccc on the same PC due to the performance requirements of both applications.

I second IPGuru - while I have done it and it works for low intensity applications, VMPro and CCC on the same machine is not officially supported by Avaya. Further, if you decide you want a more intense application down the road (say full time recording of all calls) you will then be faced with telling the customer they now need to buy a second PC - often information that is not received well.
