Hi

One for the IP office reporting gurus.
We have an IP Office 412, about 150 users including 25 on the call centre.
We are running the latest version of the software (6.1), we also have CCC (5.2.19).
We want to be able to report on any extension to display information such as the numbers dialled out, displaying the full number or at least whether it's a local, national or international, call duration, and other useful info, these two being the main ones.
I dont know CCC that well, did a basic report and that doesnt show much, just shows the total in minutes and number of calls made, doesnt display the actual number.

Is this possible on CCC, we dont have a support contract at the moment but we did check with few of them, they're saying that we would need to use a third party software to do that, is this true?
if there is a way of doing this, anyone done a report similar to what we require in Crystal or CCC?
if so, how? Would you be able to send me the report, or give us any information.

many thanks
G

You need SMDR output from DeltaServer, that is NOT CCC

Hi Intrigrant, did you were able to figure out the way to make the Cisco ATA 186 work with an Ip Office without dropping calls every 2 mins? can you send me the configs on both the ATA and the IPO? my email is gotcarlos at hot mail dotcom.

Please help me solve this issue.

Thanks,

out of beta now, gotta pay for it

I'm waiting on a call from one of their resellers. Has anyone seen the price on this yet?

yea, crazy money! to resellers its 1600.
check out Tim from triline.net

i would reccomend that as well,

Tim is very good

Yeah, that's a bit pricey....and the reseller hasn't bothered to call me. That's never a good sign.

Just responding to my old threads/posts...the Xima software - we have now purchased...the unofficial MSRP (they don't want to advertise it) is close to $1,200 - reseller price is close to $800. Pretty good deal.
