CCC Reporter

Hi Everyone,

I'm having some issues with CCC Reporter 5.0.30. We have Delta Server running on a server, configured to point at our IP Office controller and file servers. We are collecting SMDR raw data just fine but for some reason, when I run a report in CCC, it appears that the report is generating but when the report comes up, the data fields are all blank.

...any ideas?

Hi, smdr has nothing to do with CCC reporter. Check delta server that acrchiver is connceted.

CCC has certain limitations. For collective reports, agents only appear in the reports for the highest group number they are a member of.

Targeted reports also only report calls that are answered by that group, if the group overflows, and the call is directed to the overflow group then it will appear in the overflows report.

Lastly, the users have to be agents.
