(they have plenty of ports).
Choices are press 1 or press 2.
Both choices are a blind transfer to a CCC reporting group.
I'm looking at the Customer tracking by ICLID report.
While looking at a report, I see "Transfer Failed" In the direction field in the report.
Maybe 1 out of 100 calls.
What does transfer failed mean in the report?
How can a transfer fail ?
Any ideas ?
