CCC Report Designer but can only publish 3 reports

Hi,

we have a license for report designer installed on our switch. We use crystal 11 and are creating reports that are starting to make some sense!!

Problem is that we can still only publish 3 reports within the ccc reporting system. It shows in delta server that we have a report designer license.

Anyone else come across this problem and been able to fix it?

I see what you mean if you have the custtom report lic you should be ok to do more than 3 may pay to ask avaya.

PS How have you got on with these reports we are always looking for new ones and have been struggling to find some one who undstands how to write them for CCC.

we use

to run reports for us. typically charge about 100 GBP for 1 report. Thing is anyone can use the report once it's built.

If anyone else is interested we could collectively make them avaialble for general download on a resource site.

Many of which are common requests which CCC seems to lack.

We had a similar problem where we couldn't publish any reports, we don't have the designer license. We would add them, it would say published succesfully but they would not appear in the list.

We fixed it with a reinstall. If you do have to go down that route then read the docs and be very careful not to screw up the existing database.

It might be worth hanging on a few days more to see if you get other suggestions. I am by no means a CCC expert.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I have escalated this to our service suppliers. Who in turn have escalated to Avaya. I'll post an update once I know where we are.

In response to the reports. We are begining to get an understanding of how they fit together. Once we have something useful I'll let you know.
