ccc email report formats

wonder if you can help?

I have a ccc v5-0-62
I have set up the email reports to various recipients and they can only seem to recieve reports in exel format,when another format eg PDF if selected, it emails the report ok,but the contents are garbage

The ccc server is 2003 enterprise edition and the recipients have xp machines,with the necessary programs to view them eg ms office and adobe reader
The server also has ms office and adobe reader intalled on it

any ideas guys ??

Check the DeltaServer, under Event Viewer what options are ticked?

upgrade to the latest version and try again, it works fine on my testrig

i thought i had the latest version
there is not a later one on the avaya website
the ccc version is 5.0.62 and the delta server is 5.2.25

You are right, that is the highest version.
Does the e-mail server marks these reports as suspicious and the encrypt the contents for security reasons?
