CCC Custom Reports

Hello

Has anybody created custom CCC reports using Crytal Reports?
I'm try to create a report on how many calls into a group every 30min during the day.

I've done that;
Create a target report on the desired group and use the breakdown parameter.

Which .ttx file did you use to create the report?
I can't see target report within the .ttx file.
