CCC Agent Lisenses Consumed

Hi Guys,
Here is a strange one. I have a customer with 65 agents lic's. I have upgraded them to 4.2.23 and the latest Delta Server.
When I look at License Info within Delta Server, I see that more licenses are in use than agents logged on.
Puzzling..... I then looked at System Status and realised that the ammount of agents logged on, plus the ammount of IP phones that were registered on the system FROM ANOTHER SUBNET* equalled the total of the consumed licenses.

* System on a 192.168.35.xxx and a sum of phones on 3 different subnets, 10.1.1.xxx, 10.1.2.xxx and 10.1.3.xxx connected to the central site via Vibe boxes and VPN.



Anyone seen this before??????

Are those IP phones set to forced login? do they have login codes set on them?

They are just standard extensions. No Forced Login or Login Code.

If I have a bunch of users set up for hot desking, with just a login code. And then just check "force login" on say 5 agents, will all the users be set as agents, or just the 5?

What sets the agent, having both?
