CCC agent gets logged off when she hangs up...

i am running CCC v.5.05 with ipoffice and have a user that is in a hunt group that is being monitored that gets logged off everytime she hangs up her phone from a call. she has force logon checked. all the groups that she is in do not have the "group" ring mode. anybody seen this problem?

do you have a login Idle time set?

its blank, so default i would assume.
