ccapp.exe using 50% of CPU constantly

I've just done a new install of Internet Security 2005. ccapp.exe is using 50% of my cpu cucles constantly.

That can't be normal. Any ideas why it's running so "strong". The sound on my CPU and case fans running faster to cool things first caused me to notice.

Any ideas appreciated.

I have disabled outbound email scanning and rebooted. ccapp.exe looks "normal" now.

Any ideas?
