CC6 Skillset question 1

I come from an Avaya background so forgive me if this is a dumb question with a simple answer!

Got to delete a number of skillsets and wondered how to find what scripts reference them without having to manually trawl through all of them

I know how to do this on a Definity system, just no idea how to do this on CC6

Open the Masterscript on the ccma and search for the number.So you can find the activated script.

I believe if you run go to Historical Reports/Others and select the Skillset by Application report, it should give you this information. Not the cleanest way to get it, but it should give you what you're looking for.

thats better than searching every script..... we have quite a few!
