CC calls going to reception

Hi Guys,

Having an odd issue. When an agent puts a call on hold. Caller goes to reception. Just started happening for no reason.

Any thoughts ?
 
How long do they stay on hold before they go to operator?
Does this happen on calls that are not part of the ACD also?
What system and software level?
 
Sorry for the delay in replying, things were hectic for a few days.

BCM50 R5 - Fully patched.

I am trying to get more info at the moment. When I am testing myself I can hold for 15 mins no probs. So I haven't been able to replicate the alledged issue. I am thinking that it may be one or two agents that are using call park instead of the hold key and when the call park timeout occurs aqnd reverts bck to the set if they don't pick up it goes to prime.

Does that sound plausable to you guys ?
