BCM50 R5 - Fully patched.
I am trying to get more info at the moment. When I am testing myself I can hold for 15 mins no probs. So I haven't been able to replicate the alledged issue. I am thinking that it may be one or two agents that are using call park instead of the hold key and when the call park timeout occurs aqnd reverts bck to the set if they don't pick up it goes to prime.
