Cause=130, Force Clear(IPO)

I have a IP400 release 6.1.22 that keeps dropping call randomly and every time it drops a call I get this error.

Cause=130, Force Clear(IPO)
Anyone have an idea what the error 130 means.

Well, it says right after the Cause Code, the question is what happen before that message.

The cause codes are listed in the Sytem montior manual in the technical manual section of the knowledgebase.
