I'm learning the CatOS and so I'm having trouble with my config file. I did some changes to the running config and now I want to save it to the startup config. If this was an IOS, I would do copy run start and that would be it. How do I do it now? When I type in "sh boot" I get this:

BOOT variable = bootflash:cat6000-supcv_5-5-2.bin,1;
CONFIG_FILE variable = slot0:switch.cfg

Configuration register is 0x2
ignore-config: disabled
auto-config: non-recurring, overwrite, sync disabled
console baud: 9600
boot: image specified by the boot system commands

If I try "copy config bootflash" It saves it to the bootflash where I don't see the switch.cfg file. What am I doing wrong. Help.

You don't have to save it; every time you issue a SET command it is automatically stored for the next boot. You do however need to save the config on the route-module if you are using one.
