Catching All Mail

Hi All,

We have an SBS2003 environment using exchange for mail. I would like to know is there an easy way to catch all mail both in and out. I would like to be able to have all mail both sent and recieved from every recipient forwarded to the admin account.

Is this possible.

Getting a copy of incoming mail is possible; on each recipient open their AD account properties, select the "Exchange General" tab, click on "Delivery Options", and select a forwarding address. Click on "deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox" to leave a copy in both places.

Not sure how to catch outgoing messages. Also, be aware that things like read receipts and delivery receipts will inform the senders that the admin is getting the mail. Also, check with HR before you do this.
