You see, I configured a Catalyst 3550 ports using the following command in order to prevent no more than one host per port and if this event happens instead of shutting down the port on violation lets one mac-address to still have access :
(config-if)#switchport port-security max-macaddress 1 violation protect
It works properly, though, I'm trying to use the same solution on a Catalyst 3500, though I don't seem to find this command, I've looked at cisco.com but no luck yet...
any ideas ? upgrading IOS perhaps ??
Current IOS 12.0(5.2)XU
cheers!
