Catalyst 2950-24 ERROR interrupt: PCI Fatal Error on DMA CH2

This happens when it boots normaly or when I safe start and Boot.
the message shows about 400 time then loads but still will not connect to any thing.
I've Wiped and re-loaded the Bin and Config.

This is one I have tried to find out what it means.
I really hope this is not a hardware error.
If any one knows what this is and how to fix Please tell me

Unfortunetly, from the looks of the error message it looks like it is hardware. I looked it up with the Cisco Output Interpreter, but it didn't have any entries fro that error. The best thingto do would be to contact the TAC and open a case(assuming you have a support contract).
