Cataloging tapes

Starting to use ARCServe 2000 and I would like to varify the tape contents after a backup. how can i catalogue the tape or view it's contents? Any help is appreciated.

Run a scan on the tape (via utilities) and set the log options to "log all activity". This should give you a list of all files on the tape.
