Catalog backup location

I'm working on BS 3.4.1GA (W2k), using
Tape QuantumDLT40000.

Catalog backups are set to run after each session of backups but there are not enough availabe Tapes (removable) to store catalog data, therefore i choosed to use alternatively two different locations:
1. HD#2 on the Master server (catalogs data reside on HD#1)
2. Server share on a remote location (UNC)

What do you think about this config?
It represents an acceptable security level? or the remote location would be enough?

Sounds good to me.
one site locally on a disk drive available to the master server
and one remotely that could be aceessed by a server other than the current master.
