Cat 6513 & CatOS

Hello All

We have just purchased a Cisco Cat 6513 running CatOS. Im totally at ease with IOS but never really used CatOS.

My question is this:

I had a port channel configured on the switch which i decided i didnt want. So i looked up the command and come up with this.

set port channel 8/45-9/45 mode off

This has got rid of the port channel but when i do a "sh run" it still shows it as there?

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it so it does not show in the config?

There is no way to get rid of it , it's just part of the config . It doesn't hurt anything , I wouldn't worry about it. In catos all your config options show in the config and basically you either turn them on or off and they will always show in the config .
