Could you please advise me:

1) What CLP SQL command can I issue to confirm the case-sensitivity of my SQL Server database

and

2) What steps must I go through to "flip" the case sensitivity a SQL Server database without compromising data integrity?

Thanks.

You'll need to change the collation type to a case sensitive collation for the column or database (depending on your requirments).

You will need to check every piece of code to ensure correct caps before making the change. If anything has incorrect caps it will not run.
