Hi - we've recently ordered the ECH add-on for CMS.
We needed this to be able to accurately report upon internal transfers, but I'm wondering (and our Account Manager is away) whether it would assist in allowing us to record and report upon the Caller ID of each call as well ?
We do get CLI presented all the way to the agents.
