Capturing ACD Reports and importing into SQL database

Im looking for a program or script that will capture the 4 Reports generated by the PBX on our serial port (already wired to a pc) and input them into SQL database. Does anyone have any recommendations?

MerInsight - ACD is designed to replace your Meridian Switch ACD Terminal and printer. Gone are the days of printing your Meridian hourly ACD reports and then manually inputting the numbers into an excel spreadsheet or other product.

MerInsight - ACD uses MS Access 2K to:
- Automatically Capture the ACD Reports from a Nortel Meridian switch,
- Parse that information into an MS Access database,
- Allow Supervisors to view, modify and run reports as daily reports or historical reports.

If the program is installed in a shared folder on the companies network, then the administrator can add Client versions (Front End) to individual PC’s, allowing call center supervisors to view, modify and run reports from their own PC.

System Requirements:
Direct Connect to the Switch
Microsoft Access 2K
PC connected to Network if you want a Front End application.


Just an FYI for people looking. My SQL programmer actually made his own version to do just this.
