Capture Log Off with Windows Service

Is there a way to capture or hook the Log Off event? I want to run a windows service and perform code when the user logs off the computer. Thank you.
 
Services run separate from the logged on user, so I doubt it.

Is there any way to tell what state the computer is in. Whether it is logged on or not.
