Capitalise first letter of a memo box 1

Does anyone know how I can set the properties of a memo box on a form so that the first letter is automatically capitalised? I thought the 'Autocorrect' property would do this but although it will capitalise the first word after a full stop it won't recognise the first word in the field as the start of a sentence. I'm also aware of the 'StrConv' function but this will turn all following characters to lowercase. Any text-manipulating-wizzos out there to assist? Ta.

in the AfterUpdate Event for the Control that captures the data, add

[ControlName] = Ucase(left([ControlName],1)) & mid([ControlName],2)
