CAP/KLM for 7324 going bad???

Hello, have a 8x24DS system with 4 - 7324s with CAP modules. Have 2 power supplies powering 2 caps each. Have 2 CAPs now that have gone bad - Indicators light up, but buttons don't work. F*0 says nothing, like you're not even pressing a button. Any ideas, is this a known prob/common, could I have a bad pwr sply blowing these???? Both pwr supplies show 24Vdc at the phone on the Yel/Blk wires. Thanks

If the indicators light up, but the buttons don't respond with Feature *0, then you probably have a stuck button somewhere on the telephone - pop the keycaps off of the buttons - pressing the button down does not unstick the button.

All the buttons on the 7324 work fine, just the buttons on the CAP don't work. Will the stuck button show diff. signs on the CAP vs. the phone??

I've had problems with power to KLM's in the past, but very rarely. This might be a bit of a pain, but you could try defaulting the KLM's and then just reprogram the buttons. Check out this link.
