Can'y busy out as superuser!

What needs to be turned on so I can use the busy out command? I have a super user login.

use 'change login x' command and set the login type to 'service'.

Tried that but get the error

"service" Cannot add this type of login.
Is there a feature in customer options that needs setting

are you logged in as craft now? in newer switches, craft login has less rights and is not allowed to change other logins. try logging in as dadmin.

AVaya has to login as INIT to give you maintenance permissions if you don't already have them. U have to have a maintenance agreement and pay a fee too.
