Can't View Free/Busy when scheduling a meeting.

Here's the deal.
We have two offices. Site "A" has exchange 5.5 and is running smtp. Site "B" is running exchange 5.5 with a site connector to Site "B". Now Everythings running fine, everyone shows up in the GAL and no problems with emails but when Someone in Site B schedules a meeting request with a user in Site A, Their FREE/BUSY is unavailable. Same thing happens when Site A does the meeting request. Now if i right click on the user, i can view his schedule and it will show me the free busy but doesn't show when just normally scheduling a meeting. So is there any way to remove the extra step of right clicking on the name to see free/busy?
