Cant Upgrade IP500 from 4.0 to 4.2

Ive selected the correct bin directory but when I go to upgrade theres no upgrades listed as available??

Set you working directory the same as the binary directory

Your a star mate, now next question, my 5420 phones are sitting with please wait on them, are waiting for me to set up a tftp server to download software to them and if so wheres the software?

Your manager is supposed to be the tftp server.
Make sure that your manager is setup for broadcast ( 255.255.255.255) discovery.

You can put the ip address of the pc running manager in IPO as the tftp server.

Use the dos batch file in the manager directory for upgrading the firmware (fw_on.bat) and then reboot IP Office. Open a DOS boxe and give the following command:
C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\fw_on.bat 192.168.42.1

LOL, apologies, 4.1 and thanks alot for the resposes. I had the wrong directory set for the TFTP, all is well now.
