can't uninstall ABW 11.1 Error 1327

Hi,

i want to uninstall but i cant't...
Error 1327 Invalid Drive L:

L: is my mapped user Drive and from there i installed SP1 and discovery patch... the whole program was installed from cd...

Somebody can give me a tip how i can get off ?

Try running setup from the CD.

It looks like a Windows error - Check

net helpmsg 1327 - User account restriction

Probably permissions with the user account you are using.

The information about one of the installs has been updated in the HKClassesRoot\Installer\Products
HKClassesRoot\Installer\Features

At this point of two options.

Log in with the account which has access to that share (and it also should have privileges for uninstall).

Or Edit the above keys and find the one pertaining to Arcserve and then point it to the local CD.

we solved the problem now, we changed the my documents folder to local (It was L then it works.
