Can't Transfer Call Off Premises

I'm in a situation with a G3V6i where we can call into a station and then transfer that call off premises. Works fine. My problem is when we call out on a station and then try to transfer that call, after the transfer button is press the second time to release the call it never does. Any ideas how to get around this?

I would check trunk to trunk transfer override in class of service. Allowing this type of transfer is discouraged because of the ease of abuse.

Check the system-parameters features on page one there is an option to Trunk-to-Trunk Transfer. Based on the option you can select to allow all callers or based on the cos.
