cant telnet... urgent help plz

internet ip is 192.1.192.5
LAN 1 router IP is 10.2.1.1

LAN 2 router IP is 10.3.1.1

i am working on LAN 2..
how can i telnet to 10.3.1.1 outside from the network?
when i telnet to 192.1.192.5 it is connecting to router 10.2.1.1

If you are working on LAN2, why can't you telnet to 10.3.1.1 directly? You can also try to telnet to 10.3.1.1 from the 10.2.1.1 router if they can talk to each other. A little more info might be needed to troubleshoot the problem.
