Can't switch languages

Languages don't switch after installing ICQ 4.1.
Tried to uninstall it, no luck.
Any tip welcomed.

Try using system restore to take you to a point before you installed ICQ

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Disabled System Restore a long time ago.

Bu it got back as suddenly as it disappeared.
