I have MS Exchange set up on an W2K server and can only send and receive e-mails through it in house. A and MX records are correct on all servers. All services are started up and running correctly. If a user sends an e-mail via say AOL, the mail goes out and doesn't return an unable to send error. When someone trys to send an e-mail outside, an undeliverable error comes back saying unknown address etc... I have a firewall and Exchange is set up as the STMP mail service. Any ideas as to what I'm missing here?

Can you identify the IPs of the DNS servers you are using to resolve external domain names and their mail servers?
